One of the most important components of being a human-centric designer is empathy. I want to make sure my clients (and their audiences!) feel that the product I create is tailor-made for them and solves their problems.
The research, the ideation, the prototyping and the shipping is all secondary to understanding the problem. I make sure that the people that hired me are heard from the start of each project, and that the audience is given a solution to their pain points.
Working with a designer should be an eye-opening experience, and I aim to broaden the horizons of what’s possible.
