How I Work
One of the most important components of being a human-centric designer is empathy. I want to make sure my clients (and their audiences!) feel that the product I create cures all pain points while feeling tailor-made.
The research, the ideation, the prototyping, and the shipping are all secondary. First, I make sure I understanding the problem. My clients feel taken care of from the start, through kickoffs and conversations designed to gather all information needed. I enjoy sharing my thought processes and iterations early, as I believe client input is key to creating a solution.
Working with a designer should be an eye-opening experience, and I aim to broaden the horizons of what’s possible.
