I’m Renée, and I design. That means I concept, create, direct, and deliver engaging visual experiences for humans, by a human.

What I do

Creative Direction

Conceptualizing design systems and solving big-picture problems plus mentoring junior creatives are reasons why I love what I do. Shaping creative to send the right message is vital, and creating is a checkbox—it’s a necessity.

Brand Identity

Branding can make or break a campaign, and I use human-centered design to deliver solutions to the problem at hand. Helping a company figure out its personality is challenging and incredibly rewarding.

Interactive Design

Ideating, wireframing, building and rapid prototyping inform my process. I also write HTML5 and CSS3 with enough javascript to be dangerous. The age-old argument of ‘should designers code’ doesn’t interest me. I can and do.

Print Design

From brochures to posters, I create print pieces that inform and engage audiences in any industry. At last count, I had 37 different books on paper types in my apartment, and they live right next to my Pantone books.

My History

I received my BFA in graphic design from Marymount Manhattan College in 2007, and bring 13+ years of experience in advertising, branding, project & campaign management, product design for web and apps, email design, pre-press and pre-flight, and creative team development. I am fortunate to have a great deal of experience in the healthcare industry: changing healthcare for the better is a huge passion of mine, and I believe design can contribute to that cure.

Here’s What Other People Say

She is able to take the... constraints that might be placed on a project and work within them to arrive at an aesthetically pleasing result. She's my first call whenever a project comes across my desk.

Allen Kemp- Freelance Client

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Renée. She was able to quickly take my ideas and turn them into images/collateral that exceeded expectations, and ahead of schedule.

Tim Daley- Indirect Supervisor

Renée is a creative triple threat... she is a wonderful collaborator whose ideas and technical abilities seem to overcome any challenge. Renée has a fun, but professional, approach to every project.

Alex Clermont- Colleague

Renée is an amazing talent I had the pleasure to work with at Remedy Partners. She is smart, fun to work with, and I wholeheartedly recommend her.

Frank Krasicki- Colleague

Renée's eagerness and willingness to throw herself into scenarios and work out the best routes to a solution is admirable and something all designers should have.
